After the site uploaded on the employer's host and domain, six months of free support starts. After six months, 5% of the contract amount needed to extend the support for a year. Support includes all technical aspects of the website. Any graphic changes include a separate fee. If there is no payment for the support, the technical unit will not be responsible for the tickets.

Payments made in three stages:

1. 50% at the time of signing the contract
2. 25% at the time of website template delivery
3. 25% at the time of project delivery

After delivery of the website, a 2hours training session with the website administrator dashboard and entering website information will be given to the employer.

After the meeting with the website designer about the needs of the project and the client's requirements, the sketch or the initial plan will be implemented and sent through the client. The client can change the initial plan up to 3 stages. After the final and written approval, photos, fonts, and text will add to the project. After written approval, the project will deliver to the web development department. After the project enters the programming department, all graphical changes will incur a separate payments.

All of our projects are implemented with PHP language. According to the needs of the client and the level of the project, the exclusive Kiawebs framework or the WordPress content management system is used to implement the projects.

All our colleagues will respond to you via ticket. The priority is to respond to people who send us their requests through tickets instead of by phone.

In Kiawebz contract, all main pages including home page, services page, contact us page and about us page will be designed. The design of other pages will be done by agreement in the feasibility meeting and according to the customer's needs.

No. The information on the website at the time of project delivery will be sample and similar to the employer's activity. If the employer has a content production contract with Kiawebz, the actual content will be placed on the website.

There is no limit to add site language. According to the request of the employer, the website can be implemented in different languages.

Yes. It is possible to upgrade and expand the website at any time.

All projects will be implemented and delivered responsively. To do that, no amount will be charged over the contract.

The domain is the address of your website, which you enter in the browser. For example kiawebz.com. If you don't have a registered domain, Kiawebz will offer you a domain name and register it after your approval.

The web hosting service or host is a space on the internet that you buy so your website can be uploaded and seen. Kiawebz does not provide this service, and you can get it from hosting companies. We will advise you to choose the best hosting service which suits you.
